Our busy client, a construction firm based in Warrington, Westbrook area, is currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator/Admin Assistant to support our team with data input and spreadsheet management.
Key Responsibilities:

Input data accurately into spreadsheets and internal systems

Maintain and update project records and logs

Assist with administrative tasks across the office

Prepare reports and track project data

Liaise with site teams to gather and organise information

General office duties including filing, scanning, printing off work orders, and documents control
Requirements:

Previous admin experience (construction background preferred but not essential)

Strong Microsoft Excel and general IT skills

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and manage workload

Good communication and organisational skills
What We Offer:
