Retail Sales Manager
We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Retail Sales Manager to run our brand new UK showroom. Day-to-day, you’ll oversee on-site customer experience, and maintain showroom standards. You’ll also handle sales enquiries, be a trusted product expert, and coordinate with the wider team to ensure the showroom runs smoothly and reflects our brand at its best.
Reporting to the Director of Sales - UK & Europe, this is a full-time role based at our Gloucester Head Office. Initially, as we establish a normal routine within our brand new showroom, there will be a requirement for the successful candidate to work weekends (likely Wed-Sun schedule). However, our aim will be to build support around this position which will allow for greater flexibility.

Job Requirements

Significant retails sales, showroom, or account management experience (preferably within a similar setting).

A good understanding of the strength and fitness industry, either through professional or personal experiences.

Evidence of implementing excellent customer journey processes and successful visual merchandising.

Demonstrable sales track record and commercial acumen.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Ability to identify issues and problem solve at pace.

Prior experience of operating Point of Sale systems.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Existing product and brand knowledge is desirable.
The successful candidate will be comfortable being based full time (Wed-Sun) at our Gloucestershire-based showroom. A full and valid UK driving license will be a required, due to some travel requirements to events, trade shows, and other consumer activations.
Job Responsibilities

Overseeing daily showroom operations to ensure a premium, customer-focused experience.

Implementing showroom processes and best practices to optimise efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Working towards retail, showroom, and D2C sales targets.

Building and managing relationships with retail partners and resellers.

Supporting the February 2026 showroom launch.

Leading merchandising, product training, and promotional execution.

Providing accurate forecasting, reporting, and market insights.

Collaborating with marketing, operations, logistics, and customer service.

Gather customer feedback and provide insights to support continuous improvement.

Representing REP at events, trade shows, and consumer activations from time-to-time.

Maintaining compliance with company standards, policies, and health & safety guidelines.
