Working with experienced members of staff, Successful candidates will be provided with full training on the production operative role from start to finish with regular opportunities to develop and gain a permanent contract after successful trial period.

Correctly measuring quantities of raw materials to include in batch production
Setting up & running machines to produce customer orders
Notifying engineeers of any faults to minimise production downtime
Maintaining a clean work station in line with company guidelines

Sunday - Thursday 22:00 - 06:00Nights Production Operative - Pay Rates
£13.50 Sunday to Thursday increasing to £15.30 per hour after 12 weeks continuous Other benefits of working for The Best Connection Group Limited include:
