It’s a stable, long-term, part-time role in a friendly commercial property office, with a supportive team and sensible working hours (no weekends, no bank holidays).

What will I be doing?
- Raise invoices (rent, service charge, insurance, utilities)
- Allocate rent payments correctly and reconcile client accounts
- Pay landlords and process supplier payments
- Bank reconciliations in Xero
- Chase arrears (email/letter/phone) and respond to account queries
- Support general office admin (filing/scanning/records)
- Help during key rent dates (with WFH support at peak times)
What we’re looking for.
Must have:
- Bookkeeping / accounts experience (client money ideal)
- Strong Xero experience
- Good Excel skills
- Accurate, organised, confident communicator
Nice to have:
- Property / lettings / estate agency experience
- Service charge / rent invoicing knowledge
- Alto or similar system experience
