Job Responsibilities

Manage incoming communications, acting as a professional first point of contact for clients and suppliers

Maintain accurate records, databases, and office documentation

Coordinate meetings, schedules, and provide general administrative support to the team

Ensure the office operates efficiently, creating a welcoming and professional environment

Assist with ad hoc office administration tasks as required
Key Skills

Minimum of 1 year’s administrative experience

Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Full UK driving licence and ability to commute reliably to the site
