Sales Administrator

In this role, you won’t just support—you’ll work side by side with Account Managers, coordinating enquiries, quotations, orders, and supplier communications to keep everything running seamlessly. Your partnership ensures clients receive the best experience, while the team can focus on building relationships and closing deals.
You’ll:
- Prepare quotations and process orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate suppliers for pricing, lead times, and timely delivery.
- Manage artwork approvals and customer communications.
- Keep CRM records up to date and support account insights.
- Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
You’re:
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- A strong communicator and collaborative team player.
- Able to prioritise, follow up, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
