Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
Pay Rate: £19.41 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary (12-week initial assignment)
The Role
Fraser Edwards is currently working with a Property Maintenance Company working within social housing to recruit for a Temporary Administraton. This is a full-time, office-based role requiring attendance five days per week. You will provide efficient and accurate administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the team and the timely completion of tasks.
Key Responsibilities
As an Administrator, your duties will include:

Carrying out general administrative tasks

Maintaining and updating trackers and records

Inputting accurate and timely data

Responding to queries from internal teams and clients

Producing clear, accurate documentation and correspondence

Supporting the team to meet deadlines and achieve performance targets
What You’ll Need
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience in an administrative role

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Confidence inputting and managing data within Excel

Excellent organisational and multitasking skills

High attention to detail and accuracy
