RECEPTIONIST – BURSCOUGH – TEMP – £13.85P/H
An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Burscough area for an experienced Receptionist. You will be the face of the business so this role requires a well presented and personable individual with previous Reception experience in a corporate setting.
Key Responsibilities as a Receptionist:
· Greeting visitors, clients and contractors in a warm, professional manner
· Managing a busy front-desk area to ensure a welcoming and organised environment
· Operating a multi-line/ computerised telephone system and directing calls appropriately
· Logging visitors in/out and issuing visitor or staff passes
· Informing staff of visitor arrivals and maintaining accurate visitor records
· Handling incoming and outgoing post, deliveries and courier bookings
· Managing meeting room bookings, setting up rooms and arranging refreshments
· Providing administrative support such as filing, photocopying, scanning and data entry
· Monitoring and maintaining stationery and office supplies
· Keeping reception, lobby and communal areas tidy and presentable at all times
· Managing email inboxes, distributing messages and responding to enquiries
· Supporting staff and management with ad-hoc tasks as needed
About You
The ideal candidate will:

Have previous experience in a front of house role

Be confident communicating with visitors in a professional manner

Be proactive, flexible and open to taking on additional duties
