Warehouse Supervisor - High Wycombe
Location: High Wycombe
Position: Full-Time, Perm PositionHours & Pay
Rotating Shifts - 09:00am - 18:00pm (1 hour unpaid lunch)
£30,000 annual salary
IMMEDIATE START. We are seeking a Site Supervisor to join our client's team on a warehouse site in High Wycombe.
Candidates with previous Site Supervisor experience on warehouse sites (preferred). Experience working or knowledge with cables/constructions is desirable but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise site activities, ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently

Oversee flooring works and manage subcontractors on site

Monitor progress and maintain site standards

Coordinate onsite teams and contractors

Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures

Report any issues or delays to management

Carry out daily task briefings and toolbox talks

Manage materials, deliveries, permits, and site documentation
Requirements:

Proven Site Supervisor experience (preferred)

Strong communication and organisational skills

Ability to manage workloads while maintaining safety and site standards
