Location: Winchester

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Salary: Competitive
Benefits: Circa 10% annual bonus, 5 days paid sick leave per year

Collide Technical Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a well-established joinery manufacturer based in Winchester. Due to increased workload, they are seeking an Operations Administrator to join the team with an immediate start.
This role provides essential administrative support across operations, logistics and field teams, helping to ensure day-to-day activity runs smoothly.
The Role

Provide administrative support to the operations and logistics team

Assist with scheduling deliveries and updating routes

Maintain accurate records for delivery paperwork and PODs

Support coordination of field team diaries

Update internal systems with job, delivery and stock information

Liaise with customers to confirm delivery details where required
The Person
-
Previous experience in an administrative, operations or logistics support role

Strong organisation and attention to detail
-
Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with customers and internal teams

IT literate and able to pick up new systems quickly

Reliable and available to start immediately
