*Job Description:*
We are seeking a skilled *Metal Worker* to join our dental laboratory team. The role involves working with a variety of metal alloys to create high-quality dental restorations, including crowns & bridges.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Fabricate metal substructures for crowns, bridges and other dental prosthetics
* Trim and polish metal components to precise specifications
* Use various tools and equipment, laser welders and polishing tools
* Ensure all work meets industry and laboratory quality standards
* Work closely with the team to achieve the best possible fit and aesthetics
* Maintain a clean and organised work environment
* Adhere to health and safety regulations
*Requirements:*
* Experience in metalwork within a dental laboratory setting
* Knowledge of metal casting, trimming and polishing techniques
* Attention to detail and precision in craftsmanship
* Ability to read and interpret dental prescriptions
* Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
* Team player with good communication skills
