*Job Description:* As a Fabricator/Welder at Slurryquip, you will be an integral part of our manufacturing team, working under the direction of the Production Manager and Foreman. Your role will involve:
* Fabricating metal components to precise specifications from engineering drawings.
* Operating welding equipment, pronominally MIG, to effectively create parts.
* Utilizing hand tools and power tools for accurate cutting, shaping, and assembling of materials.
* Conducting quality inspections of finished products to ensure they meet Slurryquip’s high standards.
* Collaborating with team members to ensure production deadlines are met efficiently.
*Responsibilities:*
* Maintain a clean and organized work area.
* Adhere to weekly work schedules and complete tasks within allocated times.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
*Essential Criteria:*
* Proficiency in MIG welding equipment.
* At least 1 year of experience in a welding or fabricating role.
* Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings.
*Desirable Criteria:*
* Experience in the agricultural or industrial manufacturing sector.
