Role details:
•Up to 5 days per week (flexible days/hours)
•Up to 5,000 UDAs
•UDA rate negotiable
•50% private split

•Established patient list and full diary
•Practice plan in place with waiting list

•Fully computerised (R4)
•Digital X-rays, rotary endo, intraoral cameras

Requirements (must have):
•GDC registration
•Active NHS Performer Number (England)
