Sue Ross Legal are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Post Completions Assistant to join our clients Admin/Post Completion Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience in conveyancing and progress within a supportive legal environment.
Key Responsibilities

Provide quotes to clients

Open new files and manage initial case setup

Process client care paperwork and carry out electronic identity checks

Issue contract packs via the case management system

Prepare and submit registrations
-
Handle Land Registry requisitions
-
Send TID’s to lenders
-
Close files efficiently and accurately
-
Assist with exchanges and completions during busy periods (depending on experience)
What We’re Looking For

Strong organisational and administrative skills

Accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Professional communication skills, both written and verbal

Previous experience in conveyancing or legal administration is desirable but not essential (training provided)
Career Development
This role is designed as a stepping stone within the department. We are looking for a candidate who will remain in this position for approximately 18 months to 2 years, after which progression opportunities may be available, subject to departmental needs and performance.
