The Role of a One to One SEMH Support Assistant:
Provide 1:1 support for secondary pupils with SEMH needs
Support emotional regulation, positive behaviour, and engagement in lessons
Assist with differentiated learning, routines, and therapeutic strategies
Help implement individual behaviour plans, IEPs, and targets
