School Administrator / Receptionist
We are seeking organised, professional, and friendly individuals to join our team as School Administrators / Receptionists in schools across Harrow, London. This is a general recruitment advert for candidates who can provide administrative and front-of-house support within a busy school environment.
The role is ideal for experienced school administrators, receptionists, office staff, or individuals with strong administrative and customer service skills who are interested in working within education.
School Administrators / Receptionists play a vital role in the smooth day-to-day running of a school. Responsibilities may include managing reception duties, handling phone and email enquiries, maintaining attendance records, supporting senior leadership and teaching staff with administration, and ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed at all times.
Applicants should have excellent communication and organisational skills, be confident using school or office-based systems, and present a calm, professional manner when dealing with students, parents, and visitors.
