Due to continued growth, we are supporting the recruitment of Skilled Labourers to join their expanding delivery team.
The Role:
You will support our property maintenance works across a variety of sites, carrying out general building and repair tasks to a high standard. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work and can operate independently when required.
Key responsibilities include:

Assisting with planned and reactive maintenance works

General repairs and snagging
-
Maintaining clean, safe and professional working areas

Representing our client professionally on client sites
About You:

Essential:

Proven experience as a skilled labourer.

Good knowledge of general building and maintenance works

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Desirable:

Experience working in occupied properties (care homes, residential, commercial)

Full UK driving licence
-
Relevant trade qualifications or CSCS card
-
Basic understanding of health & safety on site
