Due to company growth and internal promotion, our client is looking for a motivated, friendly individual with superb customer service abilities, to join them.
There are two sides to this role, this first of which is assisting with the company’s fulfilment systems.
The company send out a considerable volume of orders, which need to be processed, organised, printed and packed in a timely manner. The candidate will work alongside the head of fulfilment to ensure that all systems and processes pertaining to the management of customer orders are executed to a high standard.
Core responsibilities include: pulling orders from the system, handling order errors, printing assets and creating and packing welcome packs.
The second side of this role is customer service. The company has built a loyal base of customers by delivering a great customer experience.
Key to this is an unusual approach to customer service. Members of the customer service team are encouraged to be generous with their time and to have fun building rapport with customers, whether that’s over the phone or by email. We don’t use call scripts (so that you can let your personality shine through) and we empower staff to make their own decisions about how best to serve customers. The candidate will work alongside the head of customer service and the office manager – to deliver the 5* service that we’re known for.
Core responsibilities include: answering emails, answering phones, being active on our various digital channels and working with other team members to log, discuss and solve customer issues.
This role provides a great opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of business operations and to develop a platform for further professional growth.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 09.00 to 17.00. Additional hours as required to meet the needs of the business.
