What You'll Need:
Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a Nursery or EYFS setting
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and early childhood development
Ability to support children aged 3-4 years with their learning and personal development
Excellent behaviour management and nurturing approach with young children
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with the EYFS team
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
Commitment to safeguarding and creating a safe, stimulating learning environment
