The Role
We are seeking a reliable, energetic and proactive Assistant Site Manager to join a dedicated school team based in Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, clean and well-maintained school site.
Key Responsibilities
Caretaking duties and general site maintenance
Grounds maintenance
General and emergency cleaning as required
Emergency repairs and portering duties
Liaising with contractors and site users
Key holder responsibilities, including opening and locking up the siteWhat We're Looking For
An organised, friendly and dependable team player
Someone willing to work hard and use initiative
A practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
Additional skills such as DIY, painting and decorating would be advantageous

The Assistant Site Manager role is based in Milton Keynes and ideally offers working hours of Monday to Friday, 1:00pm - 6:00pm. Flexibility is required, with a willingness to cover colleagues during busy periods, annual leave or absence.
