*Job Overview*
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated MOT Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and efficient in there own time management, as well as being of smart appearance, excellent time keeping and polite.
As an MOT Tester / Technician you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and compliance of vehicles, performing thorough inspections and tests in accordance with regulatory standards.
*Duties*
* Conduct comprehensive MOT tests on a variety of vehicles, ensuring adherence to legal requirements.
* Be able to carry out inspections and services on a FULL range of Vans and Cars of all makes and models set out to company guidelines.
* Identify mechanical issues and provide recommendations for repairs or replacements.
* Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and repairs conducted.
* Uphold very high standards of safety and cleanliness within the workshop environment, we only seek clean working people with a strong ethic to work in a clean environment.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
*Experience*
* Time served City & Guildes or NVQ Level 3 with M.O.T testers Class 4 Minimum
* Familiarity with most vehicle ranges Vans and Cars
* Previous experience in an MOT testing environment
* Strong attention to detail to ensure vehicles are repaired and inspected to the highest standards and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
