Customer Support Specialist
Location: Southampton, Hampshire
Hours: 37.5 Hours a week (Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm + Occasional Saturdays 9am – 2pm)
Salary: £26,000 P.A

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Specialist to join, an award-winning provider of personal financial solutions in the heart of Southampton. The Role . . .
In this role, you will be a critical part of the customer journey, managing the intake and support of various financial product applications. You will balance high-quality service with the efficiency required in a fast-paced contact centre environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Application Management: Engaging with customers via inbound and outbound channels to assist with applications for financial products and credit facilities.

Customer Advocacy: Liaising with internal Underwriting, Compliance, and Collections teams to ensure the best possible financial outcomes for every applicant.

Support & Guidance: Assisting customers with online account navigation and document provision, ensuring a seamless digital experience.

Risk & Compliance: Operating strictly within FCA guidelines, prioritising "Treating Customers Fairly" (TCF), and identifying signs of customer vulnerability or potential fraud.

Strategic Collaboration: Working with your Team Leader and colleagues to meet daily service level agreements and department strategies.
