A client of ours in the Maldon area are recruiting Customer Service Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time 3-month temporary position working Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm and paying £13 per hour (£27,040 per annum) depending on experience.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt assistance
Resolve issues and escalate when needed
Maintain accurate customer records
Receiving and processing orders where necessary
Updating customers regarding ordersSkills and Experience required to be considered for this Customer Service Administrator position:

Excellent communication skills
Previous call centre and customer service experience
