Salt College is looking for a passionate Plumbing and Electrical Lecturer to join our team and help learners achieve industry-recognised qualifications.
*The Role:*
* Teach and support learners aged 16+ in Plumbing and/or Electrical up to Level 3
* Share your real-world experience and practical knowledge in a hands-on environment
* Guide a diverse group of students, including those with SEND and EHCPs
* Foster confidence, skills, and career progression in every learner
* Working with apprentices, Adult learners and school leavers
*What We’re Looking For:*
* Qualified in Plumbing or Electrical
* Solid trade experience and a desire to teach, train, or assess
* *Experience teaching Level 2 Plumbing and Electrical qualifications*
* Experience working with or supporting SEND learners (ADHD, ODD, ADD, Autism, etc.)
* Commitment to inclusive and accessible education

Pay: £34,000.00-£39,000.00 per year

* Lecturer within an FE college : 3 years (preferred)
* Training and Assessing SEND learners: 3 years (preferred)
* Qualified plumbing/ Electrical lecturer : 1 year (preferred)
