We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a special school in Essex within education and training
This Learning Support Assistant role supports learners aged 16 to 19 with Complex Needs in Essex, within a specialist post-16 setting.
As a Learning Support Assistant, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Supporting students in the classroom and during practical activities
Assisting with personalised education programmes tailored to individual needs
Helping learners develop communication, independence, and life skills
Supporting behaviour plans and emotional regulation strategies
Working closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to contribute to inclusive education outcomes
