Role Overview
We are recruiting a compassionate and experienced Complex Care Healthcare Assistant to support a 5-year-old female client with complex clinical needs in her home environment. This role involves providing overnight care with a strong focus on safety, comfort, and clinical monitoring.
Clinical Needs & Equipment
Equipment in use:

SATS monitoring machine

Oxygen cylinder
Key Responsibilities
-
PEG feeding and nutritional support
-
Safe administration of medication
-
Monitoring observations and recognising early warning signs

Personal care and repositioning
-
Moving and handling
-
Supporting effective communication and comfort overnight
Essential Requirements
-
Previous experience in paediatric complex care (preferred)

PEG feeding experience (essential)
-
Confident with medication administration
-
Right to work in the UK
-
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)

Compassionate, patient-centred approach
