We are looking for a Service Agent Driver. This is a brilliantly varied job where you will be the face of Elis to many of our amazing customers, you will offer support, insight and exceptional service to ensure that the relationship between the customer and Elis is maintained to the highest standard.

*Responsibilities for a Service Agent Driver:*
* To be the company’s ‘Service Ambassador’ with our customers
* To ensure that all contact with our customers is honest, polite and helpful
* To comply with the road transport legislation
* To know and understand the multi drop scheduled delivery routes that have been allocated
* To deliver and collect Garments, Textiles and Units to and from Elis branch and our customers
* To maintain, replenish or replace hand dispensers
* To accurately record each customer delivery and collection according to current work instructions, including customer queries.
*Requirements for Service Agent Driver:*
* Customer focused with experience in a customer facing role
* Collection / Delivery Experience
* Manual Handling Experience
* Attention to detail and well organised
* Flexible and able to react quickly to the needs of the customer and Elis
* Patient, polite and courteous and articulate
* Driving licence
