Our client in Camberley is looking for a Customer Aftersales Analyst.
The purpose of this role is to manage customer data to enhance their customer experience and operational efficiency by managing customer data, maintaining customer service systems, overseeing warranty processes, and ensuring robust change control. The role provides actionable insights through data analysis, supports customer service delivery, safeguards product quality through controlled change processes, and ensures accurate management of spare parts and warranty obligations.
