Job Description:
IMH Recruitment are seeking an experienced Family Court Disclosure Supervisor to join our client’s Criminal Records Unit in Manchester, M40.
About the Role:

Supervise a team of 15 staff within the Family Court Disclosure Team.

Manage performance, provide feedback, and support staff development.

Ensure disclosure work for family court cases is completed accurately and on time.

Create and provide performance data for the Unit Manager and Head of Branch.

Attend court and liaise with police and external agencies as required.

Maintain compliance with data protection, safeguarding, and relevant legislation.

Hybrid working available after training; office attendance required for key tasks.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience supervising staff in an administrative/clerical environment.

Strong performance management, mentoring, and coaching skills.

Knowledge of family court or legal processes is beneficial but not essential.

Competent with IT systems, including Microsoft Office.

Ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
Qualifications & Requirements:

GCSE or equivalent, or relevant work experience.
-
Experience in a Criminal Records Unit or similar environment.

Knowledge of disclosure, child protection, and care proceedings policies.
-
A DBS check may be required.
-
A Full UK Driving licence is preferable but not essential.
