SEND Learning Support Assistant
We are looking for a caring, committed, and proactive SEND Teaching Assistant to join our specialist setting and make a real difference every day.
About the Role
In this role, you will support pupils with a range of complex needs. Working closely with teachers and specialist staff, you will provide one-to-one and small-group support, helping pupils access learning, build independence, and develop social and emotional skills in a structured, nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities

Provide tailored support to pupils with SEND, particularly those with Autism and ADHD.

Support learning activities and adapt resources to meet individual needs.

Encourage communication, emotional regulation, and independence.

Implement personalised learning and behaviour support plans.

Build positive relationships with pupils and work collaboratively with staff.
About You

Previous experience in a specialist or SEND setting is not required. Full training and ongoing support will be provided for applicants with the right attitude and commitment.
