We are seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners to join our agency team, providing flexible shift cover at a busy clinical setting in Portsmouth, Hampshire. This role is ideal for practitioners looking to broaden their experience and work on a shift-by-shift basis.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Deliver high-quality clinical care and assessment to patients within the treatment centre
* Undertake triage, diagnosis, and treatment of a range of acute and minor illnesses and injuries
* Work collaboratively with the wider clinical and support team to ensure effective patient care
* Accurately complete clinical documentation and maintain patient records
*Requirements:*
* Registered Nurse Practitioner with valid NMC registration
* Minimum 1 year’s experience as a Nurse Practitioner in the UK
* Strong clinical and communication skills
* Driving licence and own transport preferred
* Flexibility to work shifts as required; no guaranteed minimum hours
