Customer Service Administrator
We are supporting a well-established business in Aldershot in their search for a proactive and organised Customer Service Administrator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous customer service experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries & orders via phone & email
Update customers on the status of their orders & notify them of any changes to delivery schedules
Monitor & log customer complaints, ensuring timely follow-up
Accurately raise & process orders within the CRM system
Support the wider team with general administrative tasks
Work collaboratively across departments to ensure smooth customer journeys
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
Confident and comfortable communicating over the phone
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
Ability to multitask and manage a varied workload
A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
What’s on Offer:
Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm
Salary of up to £30,000 DOE
