We’re now looking for a Contracts & Legal Administrator to join our high-performing Legal Department. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have sharp organisational instincts, and enjoy supporting teams with precision and professionalism, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
As a key member of our Legal Department, you’ll provide first-class administrative and coordination support across both contractual and corporate legal activities.
Your responsibilities will include:
Contract Administration

Maintaining and updating digital and physical client contract files

Tracking contract progress and assisting with negotiation workflows

Preparing execution reports and managing contract signature processes

Ensuring visibility of signed agreements across relevant stakeholders

Monitoring the Legal inbox, responding to basic queries and triaging matters

Using and maintaining Paragon’s contract management system

Serving as a knowledgeable point of contact for account and sales teams

Reviewing legal briefing forms and coordinating final submissions

Drafting and reviewing NDAs for clients and suppliers

Supporting legal counsel, trainee solicitors and paralegals
-
Developing and implementing improved contract management procedures
Corporate Legal Administration

Maintaining key corporate records, databases and organisational charts

Managing director documentation, including IDs and proofs of address

Coordinating signature processes for corporate documentation
-
Organising notary arrangements and document preparation
-
Supporting UBO and KYC requests with accurate and timely information

Assisting the Finance team with bank account opening requirements
What You’ll Bring

Prior legal experience is essential

Strong working knowledge of MS Office

Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail

The ability to collaborate across all business levels

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with SharePoint (advantageous)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Education

A Level or equivalent (required)

Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

Law degree or equivalent (preferred)
This is a hybrid role based in our Moorgate location 1-3 days per week
