Anderson Knight is working in partnership with a prestigious drinks company based in Catrine, Scotland, to recruit an Administrative Assistant to join their Customer Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual looking to build their career within a well-established and supportive business. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, supporting both colleagues and customers through high-quality administrative service.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the shared customer service inbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses

Perform data entry tasks with high attention to detail

Provide general administrative support to the customer service team and wider business

Prepare and update documents, reports and spreadsheets using MS Office, particularly Excel
-
Support internal processes to ensure efficient workflow and strong customer service delivery

Work closely with a small team of three, contributing to a positive and collaborative environment
About You

Previous experience in an administrative or customer service support role

Confident using MS Office packages, especially Excel
-
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-
High attention to detail and a proactive approach

Positive attitude with a desire to learn, grow and progress within the business

Due to limited transport links, a full driving licence and access to a car are essential
What’s on Offer

Salary from £25,000 depending on experience

Full-time role, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
