Location: Ringwood, Hampshire
Hours: Monday – Thursday 8am – 5.30pm, Friday 8am – 4pm and Saturday 8am – 3pm (Saturdays are 1in2 and with time off in lieu)
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £29,000 D.O.E

Your Day-to-Day Role Will Involve:

Customer & Sales Engagement: Be the first point of contact for inbound calls and emails. You'll expertly assess customer drainage needs and convert these enquiries into sales, managing leads efficiently from start to finish.

Client Support: Provide exceptional service to existing clients, swiftly resolving issues and building lasting relationships to ensure satisfaction.

Administration: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions, ensuring their CRM system is kept up to date.

Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and wider team to guarantee a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
