If you are a Dutch speaker, apply below for this exciting new role! On behalf of an international client we are looking for a Dutch speaking Customer Service Administrator to join their team. You can work fully remote and will be providing an outstanding customer experience to Dutch speaking customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Handling inbound customer enquiries across various channels, including telephone and email
Taking ownership of an issue and following it through to a solution where the customer is satisfied
Logging and processing call information on the system
About you:
The ideal candidate will be a reliable, customer-oriented individual who has a positive can-do attitude with excellent Dutch language skills. Travel expenses will be paid for to travel to the Daventry office to pick up work equipment, you can work fully remotely for the duration of the temporary contract afterwards. The project is expected to last until February 2026.
Profile:
Required to be fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative, Customer Service Advisor, Client Service Executive, Customer Support Specialist, Customer Care Coordinator or Administrator
Able to demonstrate patience and compassion to customers
Have the ability to remain calm and professional in difficult and challenging situations
Excellent listening and communication skills
Team player who enjoys interacting with people
