To support our progress, we are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Team Leader to come and join our team at our Anstone site in Anston, S26 6NQ
Specific responsibilities include:
Manage the 3rd Party haulier at a local level
Provide information on delivery scheduling to customers and internal customer service teams
Take ownership of customer issues and follow through to resolution
Develop service procedures, policies and standards
Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
Mentor and develop team members and provide an environment where they can excel with support and empowerment
Actively participate in the day-to-day Customer Service and Transport functions
Plan and set team goals Essential Qualifications & Experience:
Proven working experience as a Team Leader in a strong Customer Service environment
Experience in providing customer support
Strong customer facing and communication skills
Ability to think strategically and to lead
Customer orientation and ability to adapt to different types of characters
Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
Min 3 years customer service experience
