We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hard-working Warehouse Operative to join our client based in Tonbridge.
This is a temp to perm opportunity, with a permanent contract offered after a successful 3-month probation.
What you'll be doing:

Picking and preparing stock orders
- Stock preparation - wrapping rolls, boxing tape, bagging plugs
- Operating equipment - using the compactor to bale pallet wrap/card, and the chipper to recycle HDPE membrane offcuts
- Loading vans for delivery

General site maintenance and cleaning - keeping the site tidy, sweeping the yard, weeding, grass cutting, recycling packing materials, emptying bins
Pay: £13.19 per hour
What we're looking for:
- Experience is not essential - full training will be provided
- Someone physically fit and happy with active, hands-on work
- Comfortable working in a cool warehouse environment (approx. 10-12°C in winter)
- Ideally local to Tonbridge, with good, reasonable communication skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
