Excel Body Repairs Ltd urgently require an experienced and reliable Panel Beater for our busy car body repair centre in Northampton. Working as part of a team of bodyshop technicians, you will be hard working and reliable and will be responsible for completing your own panel work.
Your role will include:
· Working to set manufacturer repair times
· Removing damaged sections of vehicles using cutting guns, air grinders etc
· Installing replacement parts using wrenches and welding equipment etc.
· Repair damaged sections where possible
· Preparing vehicles for painting and subsequently buffing and finishing as necessary
· Carrying out Miracle Pull repairs
· Jig work
· Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards.
Previous experience of working in a Panel Beater role within a Bodyshop environment would be beneficial to your application. MET experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
An excellent rate of pay is available for the right candidate. In addition to the salary shown, there is a weekly Team Bonus averaging 12 hours pay per week.
