As a Pharmacist with Swan Pharmacy, you'll play a vital role in delivering excellent customer and patient care. It goes beyond simply dispensing medicine – it's about actively listening, providing expert advice, and offering reassurance. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Executing the pharmacy strategy by delivering expert care and advice.
* Taking accountability for legal and ethical decisions within the pharmacy.
* Enhancing the pharmacy capability of store teams.
* Conducting ongoing reviews through audits, observations, and risk assessments to prioritize customer and patient safety.
* Providing a variety of professional pharmacy services.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Registration with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
* Demonstrated high levels of professional expertise and respect from stakeholders, peers, patients, customers, and external professionals.
* A passion for community pharmacy and delivering optimal care to customers.
* Collaborative and team-centered approach.
* Excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and the provision of national and local services.
* Strong communication skills, making people feel at ease and effectively addressing the diverse needs of customers and patients.
