8.30am – 17.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am – 15.00pm on Fridays
We have partnered with a well-established finance business, who are looking for comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to their senior staff and advisers, ensuring high-quality service to both the internal team and clients. This role requires excellent organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver accurate, timely administrative and secretarial support to leadership and advisers.
Produce detailed client meeting notes and correspondence, and ensure all information is correctly processed in the CRM system.
Maintain and update client records across relevant platforms while preserving confidentiality.
Manage personal workflow and support the wider team as needed.
Ensure accurate upkeep of Salesforce and other operational systems.
Respond to emails promptly, keep spreadsheets updated, and log all work appropriately.
Carry out general administrative duties including printing, scanning, filing, handling calls, and chasing outstanding items.
Support with business submissions and procedural checks.
Skills & Attributes
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Professional communication skills, including excellent telephone manner.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with maintaining systems and processes.
Able to work independently or within a team, including remote work.
Strong time-management, self-motivation, and ability to handle conflicting demands calmly.
