About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our team in Banbury. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that stock is received, stored, picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently. Working closely with the Warehouse Manager and wider operations team, you’ll help maintain a safe, organised, and productive environment while supporting the smooth flow of goods through the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders to company standards.

Load and unload deliveries, checking items and reporting any discrepancies.

Assist with tank building and order preparation.

Follow stock rotation procedures (e.g., FIFO) and maintain correct product placement.

Keep work areas clean, tidy, and hazard-free at all times.

Report damaged goods, missing items, or stock issues promptly.

Support stock counts and cycle checks as required.

Adhere to all health and safety policies and manual handling guidelines.

Provide assistance across other warehouse areas, including dispatch and returns
