*Job Summary*
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Commercial Maintenance Engineer to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will work across a wide range of sectors including, industrial, construction, education, healthcare, and public sector buildings (please note, a DBS check will be required upon employment).
*Responsibilities*
* Work independently and as part of a team.
* Meet deadlines and communication effectively with Managers/Clients.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all maintenance activities.
* Participate in our out-of-hours call out Rota.
*Skills*
* Relevant Gas and Commercial Qualifications.
* CSCS Card.
* PASMA/IPAF Certification.
* Full clean Driving License.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £16.00-£20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
