About the Role
Working as part of a collaborative and supportive People team, you will provide broad generalist HR support with enhanced exposure to performance and talent processes. This is a permanent role with hybrid working and can be based in either Glasgow or Edinburgh.
Key responsibilities include:

Delivering day-to-day HR administration across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of tasks.

Supporting the performance management cycle, including scheduling reviews, monitoring progress, and assisting managers with documentation and process queries.

Contributing to talent and succession planning initiatives, helping to coordinate development activities, internal mobility, and talent review updates.

Maintaining and updating HR systems, ensuring data integrity and preparing routine reports as required.

Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries, providing clear and professional guidance to employees and managers.

Assisting with onboarding, induction, and new starter processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.

Coordinating training and development activities in partnership with the L&D team.

Supporting continuous improvement by recommending opportunities to streamline processes within the shared service environment.
About You
The ideal candidate will bring:

Previous experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role, ideally within a shared service or large organisational setting.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

A genuine interest in performance management and talent development, with a willingness to learn and grow in these areas.

Confident communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organisation.

High attention to detail and accuracy in data, reporting, and documentation.

A proactive and solution-focused mindset.

CIPD Level 3 (or working towards it) is desirable but not essential.
