We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Operatives to join our client’s team in Sittingbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with previous warehouse or manufacturing experience, or for school leavers looking to begin a career in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrating initiative in day-to-day tasks and responsibilities.
Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing role (minimum of 12 months with one employer preferred).

School leavers may also be considered, particularly where voluntary work or other experience shows initiative.

GCSE (or equivalent) pass in Maths is essential.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.

Reliable travel arrangements to meet required shift patterns.

Commitment to the role for at least 6–9 months (not planning to leave for college, university, or extended travel).
Shift Pattern:
- Rotating weekly shifts: 06:00–14:00 and 10:00–18:00
