We are expanding our team and are looking for a reliable, experienced Multi-Skilled Operative to work on ongoing social housing project based in Bradford.
Duties
-
General tiling works
-
Painting & decorating
-
Basic plastering and patch repairs
-
Small joinery tasks
-
Snagging tasks
-
Working safely in occupied and void social housing properties
-
Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer care
-
All aspects of Multi Skilled work, working alongside the site manager
Requirements
-
Proven experience working within Social Housing/Housing or Construction
-
Competency in tiling, painting, plastering, and basic joinery (all trades considered)

Able to work independently and as part of a team
-
Professional attitude and good communication skills
-
Stable, full-time Monday–Friday work – Permanent role
