Senior Delivery Manager
One of our government clients is recruiting for a Senior Delivery Manager to join them in a 6 months contract. This role is inside IR35 and offering £650 per day.
They are hybrid working and can offer bases in London, Manchester or Bristol, 2-3 days per week onsite.
This role is working in a Security Cleared environment. You will need to be SC or DV (developed vetting) cleared or eligible to undertake SC or DV Security Clearance.
Experience Required:
You can coach and lead teams in Agile and Lean practices act as a recognised expert and advocate for the approaches, continuously reflecting and challenging the team create or tailor new ways of working, and constantly innovate

Experience in Identity and Acess Management (IdAM)

Working in privileged access management (PAM) solutions, including Privileged Access Workstations (PAWs) environments

Experience in establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships, to credibly engage with, influence and gain the confidence of stakeholders

Excellent communication and influencing skills, with an ability to operate successfully in a political or complex environment

Demonstrable ability to drive forward engagement plans, providing leadership across a team

Experience in developing viable solutions to address stakeholder needs

Experience working with colleagues at all levels to communicate a compelling view of change and engage them in its development and delivery

Experience operating effectively in a fast-paced working environment

Negotiate, influence or set budgets in complex environments write or input into business cases and can communicate business-value propositions
