We are working with a busy recruitment company with offices located in the city centre. Joining a busy support team, the successful administrator will be available immediately and be able to commit on an ongoing and hopefully TTP opportunity. Providing front of house along with wider business administration support, the successful candidate will have a solid administration background, along with excellent organisational and IT skills. Duties will vary but will include;
Manage the reception area, including welcoming clients and guests and answering calls.
Manage all emails, letters, and packages.
Organise meetings both internal and external
Support with arranging events
Monitor inventory of office supplies
Support with HR administration
Manage document and data compliance
Process all reference requests, inbound and outbound.
Monitoring shared inboxes
This fully office-based role will be to start immediately and will progress to become a Temp to perm opportunity, the ideal candidate will have;
Outstanding communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail
Proactive and independent thinker.
Proficient in all MS Office packages
