£25,000 Basic Salary.
£30,000 On Target Earnings via monthly bonus.

Our clients are a well-established lettings and property management company and they specialise in providing the very best service to landlords by also managing their residential properties. Their team is dedicated to providing top-notch services to their clients and ensuring the smooth operation of their property portfolio.
They work closely with local authorities when assigning properties for Social Housing and this will be a key role for ensuring properties that are assigned to social housing allocation meet all of the Council's compliance criteria.
Social Housing Property Administrator - Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Property Administrator to join a very busy social housing team and offer support to the team members who procure and assign newly instructed properties to the Local Authority / Council. This is a permanent, full-time role with a competitive salary and commission structure.
Social Housing Property Administrator - Key Responsibilities:
Instruct the Procurement Office to inspect new property instructions
Arrange and coordinate remedial works
Officially offer properties to the local authority / Council on a daily basis that have been inspected and brought up to minimum standards
Double check remedial works have been completed to the required standard by liaising with the Procurement Officer
Provide excellent customer service to all parties at all times
Social Housing Property Administrator - Requirements:
Experience of working within the property sector is desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
