What you'll be doing:
Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries
Managing and processing orders with exceptional accuracy
Providing clear updates on order status and delivery timelines
Verifying agreements, pricing and credit details
Spotting, escalating and resolving issues before they impact customers
Working closely with sales, finance and supply chain teams
Supporting forecasting and demand planning activities
Maintaining consistent communication until full resolutionWhat you'll bring:
Previous experience in customer service or order processing
Strong attention to detail and a calm, organised approach
Confident communication skills
Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
ERP experience (or confidence learning new systems)
